Pro beta terms

Who runs it

The Geocode & Maps for Sheets Pro beta is run by Marc Duran López (tax ID 47894988H), Calle Jacinto Verdaguer 13, 08620 Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona). Contact: contacto@engranalab.com.

What the beta is

The Pro beta is a free service in testing, with no card and no automatic switch to a paid plan. Because it is a beta, its availability is not guaranteed and it may not always offer the same features.

Duration

The beta runs until 31 March 2027 (inclusive): from 1 April 2027 you go back to the free plan. That date may be extended. The beta may also end earlier than planned, in which case we will email you at least 14 days in advance.

What it includes

• Auto-geocode new rows (on edit, form submit and hourly)
• Distance matrix (up to 25 × 25)
• Route ordering (nearest neighbour)
• Your own API key (Google Maps Platform, OpenCage or Geoapify)
• Shareable read-only maps

What happens when it ends

When the beta ends, or if you leave it earlier, you go back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Future pricing

If Pro becomes a paid plan, the launch price will be €5/month incl. VAT or €48/year incl. VAT (launch price guaranteed for as long as you keep your subscription, if you subscribe before 30 June 2027 or among the first 100).

The regular price will be €5/month incl. VAT or €48/year incl. VAT.

The price will be announced before any charge and you will never be charged unless you subscribe yourself.

Emails you will receive

One email to confirm your sign-up and a welcome email; notices 14 and 3 days before the beta ends; a notice when it ends; and, only if you ticked the consent box, emails about the launch of the paid plan (price and date). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any beta email, which opens the beta unsubscribe page.
